Diazyme uses its proprietary enzyme technologies to develop diagnostic reagents which can be used on most automated chemistry analyzers in user-friendly formats. Diazyme’s products include test kits for diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, cancer markers, renal disease, and electrolytes.
Transcription regulation is a complex biological process that occurs in all living cells to respond to diverse external stimuli and to coordinate their inherent cellular programs. By engineering human transcription factor (TF) protein in E.coli, and fusion with cell membrane penetration domain (CPD), we could add “purified” recombinant TF protein into cell culture medium to specifically deliver TF protein into target cell nuclei to regulate cell differentiation, such as our patented PiPS technology, which generating iPS cell from skin fibroblast cells using four recombinant TF proteins. Additionally, systematic engineering human TF proteins using E.coli based expression system with temperature shifting / inclusion body refolding technology allows us to potentially control stem cell differentiation for many cell lineage both in vitro and even in vivo. ===

Currently, more than 325 human cell-type specific recombinant TFs are under production and will be released as research reagents soon. We welcome customer input and encourage researchers to contact us at info@ldbiopharma.com with requests for specific TF recombinant protein development to meet your research requirements. If we have an TF to meet your requirements in our pipeline but not yet released, we will make a concerted effort to move your target forward in the queue and alert you the availability of the new TF once released. Additionally, our team has extensive experiences for recombinant protein refolding such as sFV (single chain antibody), growth factors, and various enzymes.
