<p><b>New page</b></p><div>1, Split 293T cells into 12-well plate 24 hours before transfection. <br />
<br />
2, On next day, cells should be 70%~90% conflucence. <br />
<br />
3, Add 50 µl of DMEM without serum to 1.5 ml tube. <br />
<br />
4. Take 5 µl of plasmid DNA (~0.5 to 1 µg DNA), add to the tube (step 3). <br />
<br />
5. Make transfection reagent mix. <br />
<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; For each sample,&nbsp; add 1 to 3 ul of transfection reagent to 50 µl of DMEM without serum. <br />
<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; DNA to transfection reagent ratio is 1:3. <br />
<br />
6. Add 50 µl of transfection reagent mix to each tube, mix gently. <br />
<br />
7. Incubate at room temperature for 15 to 20 min. <br />
<br />
8. Add 100 µl mixture to each well. <br />
