[edit]Digest the vector and insert plasmid by NcoI/XhoI
The Cas9 gene is about 4300bp. the total size of 2332 is 9557bp. So the bottom line of the insert is what we interested.
Ligation and transformation. The transformation plate only have one colony growing. Mini pre this one clony and digest.
