1. Upload files (gel image, microscope images and sequencing file) daily to ELN.
Edit images using Photoshop or GIMP image editor.
rename files to formats like these:
Experiment_name_date.jpg
clone_name_date_date.jpg
for example
PKA_Purification_by_Gel_filtration_2011_06_13.jpg
pLVPG_PKA_EcoR1_Sal1_digestion_2011_06_13.jpg
Upload file to ELN.
2. Organize page using this format:
