Tat-Cre Recombinase QC

1. Day1: Transfect 293T cells in 12/24 well plate with

2181  pCMV-LoxP-kozak-TurboRFP-ODC-2Stops-LoxP-TurboGFP: from Red to Green

1522  CMV-Brainbow-2.1-R Plasmid, from Green to Red.

2. Day2: or 3, Check transfection efficiency with microscope. 

3. Add Cre recombinase to final conc of 2.5 uM, 5 uM, 10 uM
