Purpose: Screening of different taq.

Procedure:

Apply each taq to two Ni columns.

First Ni column: Lyse, centrifuge down, apply supernatant to Ni column.

Second Ni column: Add lysis buffer to the pellet again, centrifuge down. Appply supernatant to another Ni column.
