Sample #2, 5, 6 are good by restriction analysis

Send sample #6 to sequencing, good

SfiI digestion, 40 min, FastDigest, Anza, CutSmart, 50 oC

Looks like 40 min is not enough. CutSmart is the best

Digest plasmid 300ng with SfiI o/n at 50 oC
