15 g agar QS to 880 mL with H2O

Autoclave 20 min 121°C, when cooled to ~50°C, add 120 mL 50% Sucrose (wt./vol.), mix, pour plates.

Autoclave 20 min 121°C

When cooled to ~50°C, add 120 mL 50% Sucrose (wt./vol.), allow to cool before use.
