11/26/2013: transfect 203E cells in 24 well plate with 1522 CMV-Brainbow-2.1-R Plasmid

11/27/2013: add recombinase

11/30/2013: pictures under microscope

Result: at 5 uM most cells are dead. best result is at 2.5 uM (11152013, purified with MEP resin).
