Modified Tat (mTat): C-HHHHH-RKKRRQRRRR-HHHHH-C

PEI:

Mix 12 ug mTat+PEI (10:2) with 1 ug DNA, w/w, in 5% glucose solution , pH7. Complex: 30 min at RT.
