Subclone 1021 pET8XHis-T5 Exo into vector 2185 pCold-MBP-(Ent-TEV)

The 1021 digestion product is about 1200bp, is longer than expected insert (900bp). The Transformation plate don't have any clonies. 

4/20/15  repeat the subclone again.

Clone 2367 was used as the vector (2367 was used  as vector).

Gel purification, digestion, ligation.

Screening:

There wasn't positive colony. The vector size also change,which could be caused by a mutation on the vector and make a cutting size. need to repeat again, this time use the 2185 and 2367 both as vector to compare.
