Amphotericin B Solution for Cell Culture
Weigh 50 mg Amphotericin B into a sterize tube
Add 10 ml ultrapure water to make suspension.
Aliquot 1 ml into autoclaved tubes, store at -20 oC
Add 0.5 ml to 100 ml 100X Pen-Strep solution.
