10X Reaction Buffer: 500 mM Tris-HCl, 750 mM KCl, 30 mM MgCl2, 100 mM DTT pH 8.3 @ 25°C

use 4 mg/ml 1800 VPol as 200 units/ul

100 ul of lot  + 400 ul of  storage buffer==> 5 mg/ml, 100,000 units
