Lane 1, Histagged Ag, 1.9 mg/ml, 11 ml (6 x 1 ml was shipped to Syd 071719, remained 5 ml was stored at -80C)

Lane 2 Histagged Ag, 2.2 mg/ml, 11 ml (stored at -80C)

The histagged protein was purified by Ni affinity on an 5ml Hitrap Ni column by stepwise imidazole gradient wash and elution. The i300 mM eluted fractions were pooled and dialyzed againise PBS containing 10% glycerol at 4C.

Lane 3, FBL, 1.3 mg/ml, total 5.5 ml (5 x 1 ml in 20% glycerol Hepes buffer, 1 mM EDTA, 500 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT and 0.05% NP40) frozen at -80C before shipping to Syd via dryice shipment on 071719. (service fee charged $2,170)
