Mini prep vacuum
Mini Prep Protocol:
1) Put samples in the centrifuge for 5 minutes
2) Dump the liquid out
3) Add 250 microliters of P1 to every sample and vortex until it is all resuspended
4) Add 250 microliters of P2 to every sample (if P2 has particles inside, microwave the container)
5) Add 350 microliters of N3 to every sample
6) Transfer to a small capped tube and centrifuge for 7 minutes on max speed
7) Pour the liquid from them into mini columns and place those on vacuum spots (seal vacuum spots which are not in use)
8) Wait for that to drain and then add Buffer PB to the bottom of the top edge of the column and drain.
9) Repeat with Buffer PE, twice
10) Put columns in the used small capped tube and spin for 1 min max speed
11) Put columns into new capped tubes and put 50 microliters of Elution buffer in to every one.
12) Centrifuge for one minute, max speed
13) Use nanodrop and record concentration
