Sequence Protocol

Psomagen Sanger sequencing protocol:

Plasmid and primer separately: 150 ng/ul plasmid x 10 ul, 10  uM primer x 5 ul;

Premix: 100 ng/ul x 5 ul plamid containing 5 pmol primer (total amount).
