Transfection reagents freeze-thaw 100 times

Make transfection reagent (TR) to freeze-thaw 100 times.

3 ul TR + 50ul DMEM without serum---->Mix A

1 ug DNA(pCMV-EGFP) + 50ul DMEM without serum---->Mix B

Mix A + Mix B, incubate 20min at room temperature

Add 100 ul mixture to transfect 293T cells in 12 well-plate.

0 is control.

48 hours after transfection
