1) Add transfection reagent to 50 ÎŒl DMEM (no serum!)
2) Add DNA to 50 ÎŒl DMEM
3) Add transfection reagent in step 1) to DNA (step 2), mix well and keep for 20 min at room temperature
4) Add the mixture in step 3 to cells in 12 well plate.
