528 529 lentivirus production-293T in plates

Use psPAX2 (503) 15 ug + VSVG (505) 7.5 ug + DNA 22.5 ug in each plate

Lipofectamine 2000 1ul/ug plasmid

The transfect  reagent of 528 and 529 lentivirus production is Lipofectamine 2000 in serum-free DMEM. After 5 hours, replace serum-free DMEM to 10% FBS DMEM. After 24 hours, replace 10% FBS DMEM to 2% FBS DMEM.


Lipofectamine 2000 has some dead cells.

Lot:DSP01042012 is better than Lipofectamine 2000.
