cut out IRES-EGFP from pLVX-IRES-EGFP 528 using Xho1 + Mlu1, gel purify insert
Digest pLVX-CAG-MCS-IRES-mCherry, 1060 with Xho1 + Mlu1, gel purify the vector
ligate . IRES-EGFP to pLVX-CAG-MCS

Select 6 clones to mini-prep
1061 plasmids are digested by Xho1 + Mlu1


Clone 1061-1,-2,-3,-4,-6 may be correct.

Select 1061-1,-2,-3,-4,-6 to transfect.


Clone 1061-1,-2,-3,-4,-6 may be correct.
