Plate is coated with PKA-C alpha with OD280 = 0.075;

Blocked by using 1%BSA, 10% glycerol in TBS;

Serum or 1st antibody is diluted 10,000 times with blocking buffer;

smaples 31~34 are serum from normal people; samples 447673~75 are from breast cancer people; positive control is anti-PKA-C alpha; control: no serum or 1st antibody was used, only 2nd antibody is used.
