Synthesis of PABOL

1. Dissolve 4-amino-1-butanol (ABOL, Aldrich)  and N,N′-cystamine bisacrylamide (CBA) in 1.1 ml methanol/water (4:1, v/v)

2, Polymeration: in the dark at 45°C under N2.

3, Purify by ultrafiltration, collect  solid powder after freeze-drying

4, Transfection: 3 hour without serum
