Purpose: want to check the stongest expression in the 1353, 1305, 1369 plasmid using 293T cells.

4. 1372+1392 (0.2 ug)
5. 1372+1392 (0.4 ug) ( can see dramatically (16 hour )better than 1372 alone and plus 1392 0.05 ug, 0.1 ug, 0.2 ug)
