clone #3 & 4 may be ok

Re-screening colony with PCR methods. #7 #8 in 1386 below is the same clone #3 and #4 above miniprep.
1, 3, 4, 5, 6 looks right size. but #7 and #8 didn't work.( it's positive clone #3 and #4 in miniprep screening.
