[edit]Subclone 2241 into vector 2185. As 2185 was used as vector to clone before, no clony.
So, 2367 (vector as 2185), as used to clone as vector.
Gel purification, ligation, transformation and screening.
Screening Gel by NdeI/ XhoI
Clone#4 was the positive one.
QC:
[edit]Compare the cutting size between the positive colony#4 and the insert 2241 in one gel.
QC: To verify MBP gene was in the plasmid. Compare with the vector 2185.
Same size of MBP gene was digested on both plasmids.
