Digest plasmid DNA with Nde1 + EcoR1
combine insert from 2403 and digested vector 2402, purify, ligate, transform DH5alpha
screeing 6 colony from transformation plate, mini-pre, digestion, screening. All the 6 colonies have the product. make the glycerol stock as 2406 use the first digstion plasmid. For the plasmid stock 2406 with the plasmid#1; and mix all the other plasmids make 2406 mix
