Oligo Stock

1. after receiving oligo, check amount in nmole.

2. add 100 ul TE or EB to 10 nmole oligo (e.g., add 140 ul TE/EB to 14 nmole). Votex and let it sit at RT for 10 min. If it is on plate, do not mix. This is 100 uM stock.

3. Take 10 ul to a new tube with 90 ul H2O, this is 10 uM stock.

4. Store 100 uM stock in -20 oC freeze.

5. Store 10 uM stock in your box. Use 10 uM stock for PCR.
