The basic schedule would be as follows:
Day 0 Pre-bleed/Immunize
Day 21 Boost
Day 31 Production Bleed
Day 42 Boost
Day 52 Production Bleed
TBD Exsanguination/Tissue harvest
(optional )Add a harvest boost five days before spleen and bone marrow harvest.
If you decide to boost for a longer period at the end of the study,
we can determine a custom protocol for that extension.
For the protein, it would be best to have 100ug/animal/immunization for a total of 300ug/animal for the study.
If you have data to use less (I saw 30ug mentioned) then you could consider that also.
For the cells, I agree that 1 million cells/immunization would be an acceptable amount.
