Control: only 2nd antibody (anti-human) was used;
sample 29 and 447667~447669: prostate cancer people serum;
sample 447670~447672: colon cancer people serum;
sample 447673~447675: breast cancer people serum;
sample 31~146 are normal people serum;
positive: anti-PKA-C-alpha is used
15 min, instead of 30 min was used here after adding TMB solution.
