09-19-2012 A.Restriction enzyme digestion: Vector V14 pDB.His.MBP and 1197 pDB.His.GST.3C with NdeI and XhoI, B.Gel purification (elute with 15 ul H2O), and ligation with T7 ligase at RT for2 hs (total volume in 30ul) C Transformation: DH5a + 20 ul ligation Re.

There is no colony on the plate. re-do the experiment again.

clones 1,2, 4,5 look ok.
