12 well plate transfection:
use 1,2,3 ug DNA plasmid and 3 ul PEI TR . There is no RFP in clone 1353,1305 and 1369 . For clone 529, 2ug od DNA show weak GFP but not in 1ug and 3 ug at 16 hours. (transfected on 4:00PM and observed on 9:00AM next day)
Conclutsion: No show RFP expression. Compare to previous transfection results, 529 expression not as expected. maybe PEI reagent are not very efficient.
