DIGEST WITH XbaI+NheI to determine if it's 1565 , only one vector band, digest with BglI+NdeI to determine if it's GFP should get four band=>200bp,420bp,1200bp,3300bp
Digest with HindIII to determine the vector 1984, should get three bands==>100bp,1500bp,vector
so 2043-5 is right, E coli colonies are green under blue light transilluminator
