10/26 fragment was made by gene synthesis from eurofinsgenomic. DNA fragment was contaiminated, E coli colonies are not like normal size (big) and color is yellow. Colony PCR has no band, and Miniprep has no DNA.
Do cloning again with pJet1.2, pick small colonies
digest with Nde1 + Sal1 for subcloning
