Lentivirus Purification Heparin Affinity Chromatography

Fractogel EMD Heparin (S) column

1. Load nonconcentrated lentivirus supernatants (35 mL) or 5 ml of concentrated virus to a heparin column (1 mL Fractogel EMD Heparin (S) column).

2. Wash column with  10 ml of 150 mM NaCl.

3. Elute virus with 20 ml of 350 mM NaCl. Virus should be  eluted at 4 ~8 ml.
