Use psPAX2 (503) 15 ug + VSVG (505) 7.5 ug + DNA 22.5 ug in each plate

The Gene Expresso Max of 529 lentivirus production is Lot:20110714.
Lot:DSP01042012 is better than Lot:20110714.
90% confuluency of 293T is better than 70% confuluency.
2 days after transfection(2-23-2012), take out 0.5 ml medium and add to 1 well of 293T cells growing on 12 well plate (50% confuluency). Add 1000X polybrene, so the final concentration is 1X .
Incubate for 4 days, take pictures.
