Make Miniprep From Plate

1. Transform  plasmid stock with 100 ul of NEB Turbo.

2. Grow on LB agar plate with antibiotics o/n at 37 oC.

3. Add 1.5 ml ddH2O to plate to suspend bacteria from agar plate using a 1 ml peptide tip. 

4. Spin down cells. Wash plate with another 1.5 ml ddH2O

5. Spin down cells.

6. Make miniprep.
