For the 10ug/ml and 2ug/ml plates, duplicate the sample, from a1 to c12, the template is: 670, 672, 939, 941, 942, 940, 935, 929, 930, 933, 671, 35, 135, 40, 136, 943, 936, control; 1:1000 dilution; for the d1 to f12, template order is same, 1:500 dilution; g1, g2 is the test for the new secondary ab, 1:5000 dilution, 200ng/ml, seems too strong, next time needs to more dilution.

Conclusion: 2ug/ml coating plates; compare with 06/16/11 data, for the 1:1000 dilution, 940, 935, 943, 936 previous data read is between 0.15 to 0.2, not sure positive, now all above 0.2, can consider positive; for the 929, 930, 933, 671 previous can consider negative, still below 0.2, can consider negative; for the 35, 135, 40, 136, all below 0.2.

next time condition is: 2ug/ml coating plates, serum 1:500 dilution, reader above 0.2 can think positive.
