Transfection reagent: PEIMAX, 32.4 ul/flask

Packaging Mix: V:G = 1:3 (prepared by mixing 0.1 ug/ul corresponding DNA). 108 ul/flask

Plasmid (PNPLA2_216390 or PNPLA2_216192): 7.2 ug/flask.

Use 1 ml DMEM(-) to prepare transfection reagent or plasmid, then add transfection reagent to plasmid and keep at room temperature for 20 min; add it to flask drop by drop.
