Synthesis of Pullulan-PEI

Dissolve pullulan in DMSO, stire for 0.5 hour.
Add 6 mM discuccinmidyl carbonate while stirring
Add 6 mM dimethylaminopyridine while stirring
React at RT (25 oC) for 5 hour.
Cool to 4 oC
add PEI in weight ratios 1:0.25 (PEI is 0.25).
React o/n (16 hours)
Precipitate PEI-Pullulan using acetone.
Wash 5 times with acetone to remove unreacted PEI
Dry at 37 oC
