10X TBS: 500 mM Tris.HCl, pH 7.4 and 1500 mM NaCl.

500 ml of 1 M Tris.Cl pH 7.4

NaCl: 88 g

ultrapure water to 1 L

1X TBS:

50 mM Tris.HCl, pH 7.4 and 150 mM NaCl.

100 ml 10X TBS

900 ml ddH₂O

pH8.0 TBS

50 ml 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.0

8.7 g NaCl

water to 1 L

20X TBS

Trizma base, 122 g
NaCl, 180 g
Distilled water, 1000 ml
Mix to dissolve and adjust pH to 8.4 using 6N HCl.
