Commercial Transfection Reagents Comparison
Make different commercial transfection reagents (TR).
3 ul TR + 50ul DMEM without serum---->Mix A
1 ug DNA(pCMV-EGFP/ pAAV-CMV-mKate2) + 50ul DMEM without serum---->Mix B
Mix A + Mix B, incubate 15-20 min at room temperature
Add 100 ul mixture to transfect 293T cells in 12 well-plate.
24 hours after transfection, measured by SpectraMax M5.
