Use 50 ul DMEM(-) to prepare each transfection reagent.
Plasmid: 216390 (0.74 ug/ul); 1ug/well; prepared in 50 ul DMEM(-).
Packaging Mix: v:g=1:3 (0.1ug/ul); 3ul/well; add to 50 ul DMEM(-) containing plasmid 216390.
