3 ul each transfection reagent (TR), 1 ug DNA in each well.

TR and DNA are prepared by using DMEM(-) (50ul), then add TR solution to DNA solution and keep 20 min at room temperature before adding to cells.

From left to right, up to down is 1 to 12.
