VLP analysis By Agarose Gel

1. Induction: 0.3 mM IPTG and incubated at 16 °C for 12 hours.
2. Spin down cells. freeze.
3. Add lysis buffer, spin at max speed microcentrifuge for 10 min
4. Transfer 25μl of the cell lysate supernatant, add 5 ul Benzonase.
5. Incubate at 37 oC for 30 min, add 5 ul 6 X GelGreen Loading Buffer
6. Load on a 0.8% agarose gel
